REFUND POLICY
All ticket sales for Women & Wine Empowerment Weekend are final. No refunds, exchanges, or rain checks. You may request a one time ticket transfer to the guest of YOUR choice. please contact the customer service email to initiate a ticket transfer. If today is after the cutoff date, ticket transfers are no longer permitted.

Mobile device photography/filming of yourself is permitted at Women & Wine Empowerment Weekend. Photography with a camera or any other professional equipment is not allowed.

All ticket sales for Women & Wine Empowerment Weekend are final. No refunds, exchanges, or rain checks. If you have misplaced your wristband and/or badges for entry, you will be charged a fee of $100 up to the full ticket price (if there is no record of your purchase) for a replacement.

Taj Travel Events LLC shall not be liable, for any personal injury, property damage, inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission, or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, venue employee or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with this event. Taj Travel Events LLC shall not be liable, for any injury, loss or damage, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, Government action (Deployment), weather, act of God, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason beyond Taj Travels’ control.
